Pleae use a spellcheck Also try to use proper English when submitting a post. Download here. http://www.openoffice.org/index.html By submitting your article, or other content to this Site, Author agrees to these terms and conditions. The Site reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this agreement at any time, effective immediately upon publishing such changes or modifications. If Author does not agree, then Author should not submit any Content to this Site. 1. a. Must be an original article that you wrote. This is pretty straight-forward. To copy another's work is an infringement on copyrights and we do not assume any liability as to the veracity of nor the originality of any article that is submitted. If you write an article about something and within your signature file you place a link to your sales page this would be unacceptable. Provided the article gave real and prudent information that did not require a click through in order to be of benefit or use to the reader. Any deemed to be merely hype to click the link to the sales page will not be posted.. f. Any article must be in English, and we would expect you to use a spellchecker and have proper sentence structure and punctuation. Your article may be posted as-is if we feel it is comprehensible by most readers. If you do not have an editor with a spell check download the free open source office suite of programs called Openoffice here: http://www.openoffice.org/ g. Your article becomes our property if submitted to us and we can use it as we wish. We can decide to not publish it, we can edit it to conform to certain standards, we can give or sell it or post it to other forums, publish it in virtual or print format or do anything we wish with the article. We would of course always keep your byline intact as you being the author, But we reserve the right to edit any signature file links as we deem necessary. In effect by posting an article with us you are sharing your copyrights with us making the article ours to do with as we wish but you maintain liability for the content of the article and your authorship will remain intact. h. The opinions expressed are those of the author and do not reflect those of Tamicraft its owners, heirs, employees or assigns. However you must realize that should you cross the line and personally attack any individual or entity, you had better be damn sure your attack is based on fact you can back up or you just might have a lawsuit on your hands. We at Tamicraft assume no liability as to the veracity of any article nor do we assume any liability for any damages whatsoever. i. Any article must NOT contain any elements that would be considered as illegal or promote illegal activity. If any link appears in the content section it also must be in the form of an inactive link (URL). Links in the content section may NOT be self-serving. i. I personally have dozens of emails and 5 domains and several sub-domains but would be limited to only 3 self-serving links. Here I chose 1 email and two websites. I could have chosen three emails or three websites or any combination thereof. ii. Double check your inactive links before submitting to be sure they are correct in their spelling and format so they work. All links will be checked and if any violate this agreement or the TOS the entire article will not be published or the link removed a our discretion. iii. Your links may NOT go straight to a file to be downloaded of any type. iv. We do not knowingly allow any URLs in any of our articles that are banned by our TOS or these guidelines or if your website engages in questionable SEO practices -- we may reject your articles. v. We do not accept articles that have the same link more than once. Do not submit duplicate identical URLs. vi. We will not accept articles with links to adult-oriented websites, racist sites, hate sites, sites that promote any illegal activity, pornography, adult-oriented sexual content or any site that is not content driven. In other words if you have a site filled with affiliates or Google adsence links or a just links site with no actual content it will not be allowed. vii. We do not allow links to websites that are under construction. Websites must be active and have content in order for you to link to them from your article. We will reject your article if it contains a link of this nature. We understand websites are in a state of constant change but your primary content pages must be complete and of use to our readers. viii. We do NOT allow the promotion of an online prescription pharmacy in your links nor links to illegal software, music, DVD’s or any other illegal activity we also will not allow links to pornography sites. ix. We do not allow links to websites that contain Error 404 - Not Found. These are considered invalid links and will be rejected. x. We do not allow links to “sales pages” for digital content. The link must direct a visitor to a valid website with content. If you have other links within that website that link to sales pages that would be acceptable provided the website itself is content driven. A links only site would not be acceptable.
e. EMAIL We highly recommend including a link to your website but do not advocate including a mailto: or email link to your personal or work email account. Spammers will abuse it. It's better to include a valid website URL and let potential customers find your email address on your website. If you include an email I would suggest you get one to an account on yahoo.com or hotmail.com and know it will be picked up by spammers. If an email is all you have and you want it posted you can ask that we insert it in javascript. This has so far kept our email from the spammers but we do not give any guarantee it will be effective for you. Bringing Traffic to your article and your self-serving website. a. The more traffic your article gets the more people will see it, and possibly use, your self-serving URL’s at the end of your article. Therefore your article may bring more hits and potential customers to your website. It is therefore imperative that you do everything you can to ensure search engines find and categorize your articles b. Your ability to drive traffic to your article is greatly dependant on your ability to find and use those keywords and to have a meta tag keyword list. If you want your article to get a lot of attention and you want those self-serving links to get a lot of attention then you have to optimize your article. The best way to do this is to submit along with your article a keyword list separated with comas no more than 25 keywords or keyword phrases and a meta description of 250 characters or less (including spaces) that summarizes the content of the articles using some of those keywords and a Title that is also a summary of the article that is of 80 character and spaces combined and uses a keyword or two. And placing some keywords within the article. Try not to duplicate too often keywords unless it is essential to the article. if your article does not contain a keyword list, a description and a title it may not be published. Using keywords: Placing the top keywords related to your article within your article helps to bring more traffic to your article. i. Please make sure you use those keywords in context. ii. Ideally, your keywords should be optimized based on the most commonly searched keywords. It helps to use a good keyword research tool to help you determine which ones are best to use. (BUT it also helps to have keywords or keyword phrases that are unique as any search will be looking for search strings that users type in. If they type a search that is unique and your keyword list happens to have an exact match you will like as not be ranked highest among the hits listed by search) You need to find balance between what a normal person would search under and unique keyword or keyword phrases that some may use to find the information you provide in your article. iii. You should have a minimum of 4-5 top keywords within your article if possible. iv. You can submit up to 25 keywords or keyword phrases that we will place within the meta tag at the head of your article page. Please separate each keyword or keyword phrase with a coma. Do not exceed 25 keywords. Each word in a keyword phrase is considered in total as one keyword. For example the keyword phrase someone may search under: “ ,starting a small business, ” would be considered 1 keyword. v. We do not accept keywords that are completely unrelated to the content of your article.
Article summary & the meta descriptive tag: Article Summary: We would like to have a brief summary of your article to post so that readers can find what they want more easily. In addition we would like to place a meta description tag in the header of the page. Every article should have up to a 250 character (including spaces) tag for the meta description in the head of your article page. This is a summary of what would be found in the article and helps search engines categorize your article. Some of the same keywords used in your keyword list should also appear in this description. So in order to serve both interests please send along with your article a 250 character or less (including spaces) description of your article. We will use this as both the summary placed on the entrance page and as the meta tag placed in the head of the page your article is on. i. If you don't know what to put in your summary, just use the title and first sentence or two of your article. ii. We do not allow self-promotion in your ARTICLE SUMMARY. iii. We do not allow your AUTHOR NAME to be in your ARTICLE SUMMARY. iv. We do not allow any website URL or Email Address to be in your ARTICLE SUMMARY.
3.Any article that does not adhere to these guidelines will cause the article to be rejected. 4. Any article submitted becomes the property of Tamicraft to do with as we wish. 5. No part of this agreement places any burden on Tamicraft its owners, heirs and/or assigns to verify the validity of the article nor to be held liable for any damages as may arise from any use of the article and the Author agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Tamicraft its owners, heirs and assigns should any seek damages. To include but not limited to those items stipulated to under section 1. b.
If you do not agree with any of the above please do not submit your article for consideration. ( On a personal note I would add that all that legalese is mostly to CYA. I do not expect any problems with any Article if you follow the guidelines and I do not expect any problems as to copyright infringement or any due to an Authors rights but we need to CYA so we must place this legalese stuff in here to protect our interests. Most articles are nothing more than opinions, or how to's and hold little interest to any would be thief. We post them as a public service but in order to protect ourselves, as the article is posted on our website, we also ask that we acquire the rights to the article so that we may enforce and protect ourselves through legal means and also so that any decision we make as regards the articles does not violate anyone's rights and come back to bite us in the ass. Again CYA.) Thank You, Robert Taormina
The following is the same on every page and if you have already read it there is no need to do so again. The main links are on the left nav-bar. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy. I do not say this for sympathy. I have created a site devoted to helping people with disabilities find resources they need to navigate DSHS, DDD, SSI and others including the school system. What I need from you is to let people with disabilities know of the site and get them to send me information of their local and State agencies that fulfill the needs of the disabled. I want to make this information available to all for free on my site. I just need the help of either a person with a child having cerebral palsy or any disability or a concerned person who can donate their time to help seek out this information of advocacy groups for the disabled. I am spending what time and resources I have but I need help. Please check out the site and if you can contribute with any information please do so. Check out the site I made for families with children who have CP Click http://www.cpfsn.org
Through having to take our daughter to therapy and doctors appointments we have come to know many parent's of children with Cerebral Palsy. In the course of our attempts to advocate for our daughter and upon hearing of the same troubles others have had doing the same we decided to use some web space and try to do something about it. We want very much to be able to provide relevant information for every locality across the country so that people seeking information do not have to spend days in search of the information they need. We would welcome any help you could give us. Any links you can supply for either .gov's or private agencies that provide for or advocate for the Disabled would be appreciated. We would like to break them down by Federal, State, County, City and Schools. Please visit www.cpfsn.org and see if there is anything you can contribute to grow the site into a useful and relevant site for people with disabilities specially those with Children who have Cerebral Palsy. Make a secure donation/gift through Paypal by clicking on the link below: Or you can make a donation manually by following one of the steps below. Donations/Gifts are graciously accepted, Just log on to www.Paypal.com , Click "Send Money" tab and follow the instructions to send money from an existing Paypal account or by any major Credit Card. Also if you feel you would like to contribute a recipe or a pattern or any household tips and tricks or some other useful information to be posted on this site you would be welcomed to do so. Not wanting to infringe on any copyright I must ask that these be original to you or someone you know who gives their permission or in the public domain. I will need you to at least provide a name when submitting something and I will place a disclaimer on anything submitted as not being ours but submitted by you. It would help me fill the pages of this site and make it a much more interesting experience for any who come here. Your name (or at the least your first name if you desire) would be placed with any submission so you could point to it and take credit. UPDATE the book is now in PDF available for download at http://www.tamicraft.com/adventuresintimebook1 Thank you Tami
