Low Carb for Weight Loss and Diabetics

Low Carb:

Chicken parmisigan (I totally spelled that wrong)

1/3 cup Olive oil in pan, warm per chicken breast
Dip chicken in egg (protein) then flaxseed grounded (can find at store by muffins/cakes), all purpose seasoning, pepper, garlic, sometimes ms. dash
Then put on oil pan
looks like fried chicken when done
Then put in oven with canned marinara sauce (or in a jar) over chicken with all kinds of cheese. Parmesan too bake on 350 till cheese melted

Healthier chocolate chip cookies, they are da bomb

2 eggs
2 sticks of butter/or margarine
1tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
1tsp vanilla extract
3/4 brown sugar or Splenda brown sugar
3/4 cup of pure splenda --no sugar
mix
then add
2 cups of whole wheat flour
less than 1/4 cup white flour
2 cups chocolate chips after flour mixed

Tip
Whole wheat English muffin scrambled eggs
bacon
cheese
tastes like McDonald's but way healthier

Low carb Casserrole

Using whole wheat pasta is SOOOOO much better than white (you get used to it) There is tons of brands too, so experiment, use whole wheat pasta ---the curly noodles to add cheese to it (whatever cheese I have in the fridge, sometimes Velveeta, with cheddar and mozzarella, because cheese is (I'm pretty sure) 0-very low carb, but I think it's free, meaning no carbs.
Then I add grilled chicken or like the chicken earlier in parmignana without the marinara sauce, cut it up small and put in the pasta, so it's loaded with protein and fiber and literally you get full faster.

Tip

It takes 20 minutes for you stomach to signal your brain your full. So get small/adequate portions and put the timer on before you go back for seconds.

Dessert

Low carb ice-cream, I tried them all and the best flavor is Byrers, in a blue box "low carb vanilla ice-cream" I get 2 scoops of that and 1 cookies (earlier recipe) and mix it together in bowl, and it is soooooooo good.

Another Casserole

The other day I tried; Brown rice cooked, added milk after cooked, and cheese (Velveeta and mozzarella), mixed, then blended broccoli to make it like a green sauce bec. I don't like veggie chunks, and put those fried onions on top (green bean casserole) and baked in oven, and added grilled chicken to it. Yummy!!!

Tip
Sticking to whole wheat pasta, bread, and even low carb tortillas (making burritos and stuff) are the best to keep in mind when shopping. Loading up on protein (meats) and veggies)

Afterthoughts / sandwiches
Ohhh and green bean casserole is good too, pretty low carb. Making it as a side even thought it's not turkey day.

Speaking of that, cooking a turkey with that would be good for the heck of it, I do that sometimes, turkey is really good for you. Then you could have turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread, ohhh ya :)

The following is the same on all pages and if you have already read it, you need not bother reading it again.

My daughter has Cerebral Palsy. I do not say this for sympathy. I have created a site devoted to helping people with disabilities find resources they need to navigate DSHS, DDD, SSI and others including the school system. What I need from you is to let people with disabilities know of the site and get them to send me information of their local and State agencies that fulfill the needs of the disabled. I want to make this information available to all for free on my site. I just need the help of either a person with a child having cerebral palsy or any disability or a concerned person who can donate their time to help seek out this information of advocacy groups for the disabled.

I am spending what time and resources I have but I need help.

Please check out the site and if you can contribute with any information please do so. Check out the site I made for families with children who have CP Click  http://www.cpfsn.org

Through having to take our daughter to therapy and doctors appointments we have come to know many parent's of children with Cerebral Palsy. In the course of our attempts to advocate for our daughter and upon hearing of the same troubles others have had doing the same we decided to use some web space and try to do something about it. We want very much to be able to provide relevant information for every locality across the country so that people seeking information do not have to spend days in search of the information they need. We would welcome any help you could give us. Any links you can supply for either .gov's or private agencies that provide for or advocate for the Disabled would be appreciated. We would like to break them down by Federal, State, County, City and Schools. Please visit  www.cpfsn.org and see if there is anything you can contribute to grow the site into a useful and relevant site for people with disabilities specially those with Children who have Cerebral Palsy.
